Lewis Lavender

Lewis was signed following an impressive trial in September 2018. He initially joined Brentford as a 12 year old and played through to their under-23s with short loan spells at Burnham and Oxhey Jets. Since leaving Brentford, Lavender spent part of the 2016-17 season at Kings Langley and last season represented Rayners Lane.

Isaac Thompson

Right winger, 18.  A July 2019 recruit from near neighbours Bedfont Sports, Isaac is a 6’ tall winger who came up through the ranks of Sports’ nursery club, Bedfont Eagles, as well as appearing in Queens Park Rangers’ college programme teams.  Has a Middlesex Senior Youth Cup finalists medal from last season with Sports.

Scott Walker

Attacking midfield / striker, 18.  Scott came to Staines Town from Hanworth Villa U18s in July 2019, having enjoyed a clean sweep of the Allied Counties League and cups in 2018/19, including the ‘Golden Boot’.  Before that, Scott had appeared in the Under 18s and reserves with Abbey Rangers, and as a Reading FC Academy player.  He is 5’10” tall.

Bill Montague

William is a versatile player who is usually found as a right winger but can also play at full back. He is the son of former Staines Town Youth player Darius Montague and joined the Swans from Woking in July 2018. He had two seasons at Kingfield, punctuated by a shorty spell with Farnborough early in season 2017/18. In his junior years, he started with Aldershot Town, was with Hampton & Richmond Borough for a season and then had four years at Oxford United, where he was the leading scorer in his final (U16) season.

Malaki Coker

A young right winger; Darnel, as he is formally known, had a long and successful time as a junior footballer with clubs suich as Dulciwch Hamlet, Charlton Athletic, Fulham, Lond Lane, and Hillfielders of Forest Hill, before being sidelined through injury for two years.  Rehabilitated with Meridian Valley Park FC, Metrogas, and most recently Tower Hamlets, before joining Staines Town in July 2019.  An interesting background sees him qualified for now fewer than five nations – England, Jamaica, Barbados, Sierra Leone, and the Republic of Ireland.

Andrew Demby

Andrew is a central midfielder. After starting at Chelsea at a very young age, Andrew went on to spend eight seasons with Crystal Palace, earning a number of accolades.  Whilst still with Palace last term, he also made senior outings for Greenwich Borough and Walton & Hersham, before coming to Staines in the close season. Andrew is of Sierra Leonean, Zimbabwean, and English descent.

Che Krabbendam

Although born in the Netherlands, Che began playing football with a small Belgian club called Sint Genesies Rhodienne, from where he was snapped up by Anderlecht, spending eight seasons with the famous Purple & Whites.  Came to England in 2017, and played for Dover Athletic and Burgess Hill Town.  He is 6’ tall, and is of Dutch and Guinean ancestry.

Harry Wickens

Harryson came to Staines Town from in June 2018 having spent the previous season at Aldershot Town and AFC Wimbledon. He was part of The Shots U19 squad that won their National U19 Alliance divisional championship by a remarkable 19 points. He is 5’8″ tall and has previous experience at Norwich City and Walton Casuals.

Emmanuel Osei-Asomah

Central midfielder, 20.  After starting at Worthing United and getting some First Team experience at a tender age, Emmanuel switched to Lewes where he rose from the U18 side to the Senior Development Team.  Also appeared for Malden & Tiptree, and was a Sussex U18 representative player.  He is 5’8” tall and of Ghanaian / British nationality.

Ruudi Clarke

After starting out at Walton Casuals, Ruudi was quickly snapped up by Queens Park Rangers, where he played right through from the U8s to the U23 side. He joined the Swans in the summer of 2018.

Thomas Gogo

Thomas joined Staines Town in July 2018, having previously been an U23 player with Crawley Town. He spent 11 years at the West Ham United Academy, rising to their U21 squad. Upon his release he had a short spell with Redbridge FC before the move to Crawley. Additionally, Thomas also represented West Ham Schools, and Hackney & Tower Hamlets Schools.

Early in his career this 5’9″ tall Anglo-Nigerian was playing in the USA for the Chivas club, before returning to London and was last season with Haringey Borough.  He has also played for Leyton Orient and Grays Athletic.

Jack Battie

Central or right sided Midfielder. Jack was one of new manager Anthony Gale’s first signings, recruiting him from their previous club Walton Casuals in June 2019 to begin what is technically his fourth spell at Staines.  A junior with Links FC and Dover House Lions, he began his first some 9 years earlier, spending two seasons playing Academy and Reserve fixtures.  He then had a succession of clubs, including Farnborough, Guildford City, Walton & Hersham, Godalming Town, and Eastbourne Town, plus two brief spells at Staines, before his latest return.  Sidelined since the latter part of the 2018/19 season with

Stefan Wright

Midfielder, 25.  This highly energetic box-to-box player switched to Staines in June 2016 after a season at Beckenham Town, where he was a Kent Senior Trophy finalist.  Plenty of experience at this level has been gained from his times with Phoenix Sports, Greenwich Borough (Play-off semi-finalists), and Sittingbourne (almost 100 appearances including an Isthmian League Cup semi-final).  Before that he was with Bromley’s Academy and Reserves, reaching the Isthmian U21 Cup Final at just 17, winning a tournament in Amsterdam, gaining a trial with Crystal Palace, and registering on an emergency basis for Ramsgate.  He is 5’8” tall, and one

Mahrez Bettache

Central Midfielder, 25.  A stylish player of Algerian/French extraction, who was quickly made Club Captain after joining Staines in June 2019.  He did nine seasons as a junior with Fulham, and then played at Woking, Corinthian-Casuals, Hendon, St Albans City, Braintree Town (whom he helped to win the National League South Play-Offs in 2017/18) and Potters Bar, before first teaming up with Anthony Gale in the final months of season 2018/19.  He is an Algeria Youth international, and head coach of Rising Ballers FC.  Can play in either a defensive. Holding, or attacking role in the centre of the park.

Harry Agombar

A former Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur youth, he completed his development at Grays Athletic before rising to their First Team, and making a total of 80 League appearances for them in four spells spanning 2009 – 2015.  He has also played for Barnet, Macclesfield Town, Histon (loan), Floriana (Malta, loan), Swindon Town, Hereford United (loan), Thurrock, AFC Hornchurch, and most recently Bowers & Pitsea.  International adventures have seen him linked with clubs in Spain, Florida, and with Avram Grant’s Partizan Belgrade for a trial.

Ashley Lodge

Midfielder, 29.
