Justin Skinner

Joined from Walton Casuals, where he had been coaching both with the First Team and Academies.  Although born in London, he grew up in Honduras, but was signed for Fulham at the age of 17, and went on to play over 150 games in their midfield.  He transferred to Bristol Rovers for £130,000, and remained for seven seasons, clocking up 187 League games, interrupted by a short loan spell with Walsall.  Followed this with seven seasons and 152 games in the Scottish League with Hibernian, Dunfermline Athletic, and Brechin City.  He moved into coaching with the Academies at both Chelsea

Anthony Gale

Joined the Club in June 2019, and very quickly set about the enormous task of steadying last season’s very leaky ship, completely overhauling the squad and bringing his blend of dynamism, hard work, and enthusiasm that had made him a popular and successful manager at Walton Casuals the previous four seasons. Promotion from the Isthmian Division 1 South Central to the Southern League Premier South saw The Stags enjoy their highest ever level of football, and his side also captured the club’s first silverware in 20 years with the Southern Combination Cup, as well as Manager of the Month awards for Gale

Connor Mitchell

Joined Staines Town in July 2018.  Played as a goalkeeper with Dorking FC and Dorking Wanderers, as well as a 6 game loan spell at Coulsdon Town, but had to retire from serious competition due to injury.  Moving into coaching, he was with Corinthian-Casuals alongside Adam Wicks, had six months with Dorking Wanderers, and also had a spell at the successful Metropolitan Police Academy side.  Away from football, he works in the automotive industry with Woking-based supercar manufacturer McLaren. Connor returned to Wheatsheaf Park in the summer of 2019 following a spell underneath Anthony Gale at Walton Casuals.

Sam Codling

A graduate of St Mary’s University, Twickenham, Sam joined Staines Town in August 2018, having previously worked in a similar capacity at Crawley Town and with Old Priorians RUFC.  His 13-year playing career was spent not in association football but in rugby union, joining Wimbledon RFC at a young age and working his way through to have four seasons in their senior side. From summer 2019, he will be assisted by Zoë RUSH.
