Joe Ringer

This former Hillingdon Schools and Middlesex U18 representative signed for Staines in August 2020 as first choice ‘keeper, but unfortunately broke his arm in only his second pre-season outing.  Having started with Rayners Lane, he stepped up to play for Wealdstone, initially in their Youth side, and from there had loans in 2019/20 with Northwood, Southall, Enfield Town, and Broadfields United.   Staines Town début 28.08.20 –  H v Aldershot Town (fr, 1-1)

Ciaran Gordon-Stearn

Ciaran started his career with Puma2000 and Wadham, before stepping up to play for Barking, from where he was scouted by Ipswich Town. After two and a half years with the Suffolk club, the 6’1″ tall ‘keeper moved on to Luton Town, where he has spent the last two seasons, interspersed with games for London Colney.

Emmanuel Agboola

Emmanuel joined Staines Town on loan from Oxford United in August 2018, he had been with Reading’s John Madejski Academy before joining The U’s in summer 2015. Within a couple of years had earned a professional contract. He had a loan spell with North Leigh in 2016/17 and in the second half of last season had a month on loan at Hampton & Richmond Borough followed by three months at Leatherhead. A goalkeeper mature beyond his years, Emmanuel has great reflexes and is a good organiser of his defence.

Denzel Gerrar

Goalkeeper, 24.  A highly rated 6’1” stopper who impressed when appearing against The Swanslast season for Walton Casuals, and was quick to follow Anthony Gale to Staines in June 2019.  Started at Wycombe Wanderers, and subsequenbtly played for VSI (Spain), Millwall, Histon, Sutton United, and Walton Casuals, winning National League South promotion with Sutton, two Golden Glovesawards, an Isthmian South Play-off, and a Southern Combination Cup with Casuals.  Appointed as this season’s Vice-Captain.

Louis Dixon

Goalkeeper, 27.  Started his career with Hanworth Villa, followed by a spell at Knaphill, and then moved on to Corinthian-Casuals, where he completed a Suburban League and “Mike Bidmead” League Challenge Cup ‘double’. He has also appeared for Shire United.   In May 2018 became one of the first recruits by new Staines Town manager Cristian Colás, and has developed into a fine ‘keeper and last season’s Player of the Year.
